The Turkish Competition Authority and the ARCCR signed the “Protocol on Cooperation”. The protocol to be valid for three years was signed by Prof. Musa Kazım Arıcan, Rector of ASBU, Birol Küle, President of Turkish Competition Authority. Prof. Bülent Kent, Director of ARCCR, Assoc. Prof. Yasin Söyler, Executive Board Member of ARCCR, Saim Durmuş, Secretary General of ASBU,  Dr. Faik Metin Tiryaki, Vice President of Turkish Competition Authority, Dr. Erman Eroğlu and Dr. Fatih Buğra Erdem, Managing Directors of ARCCR, Dilara Nur Cansu İslam, Director of Strategy Development Department at Turkish Competition Authority, Elif Banu Varlı, Coordinator of ARCCR were present at the signing ceremony.

Within the scope of the protocol signed at the ASBU on September 14, it is aimed to create a better atmosphere under the umbrella of the ASBU for devoted scholars of competition, to carry out project studies with institutions such as TUBITAK at national level and EU Support and Grant Programs at international level, to provide a venue for scholars and practitioners to exchange views on competition and regulation law and policy through conferences, workshops, discussion forums, online papers, to collaborate in the training of the staff working in the Turkish Competition Authority, to encourage the academic staff to participate in the studies carried out by the Turkish Competition Authority and to provide support as trainers, consultants and experts to the studies carried out by the Turkish Competition Authority.
