Dr. Erman Eroğlu, Deputy Director of ARCCR, delivered his speech titled "Arbitrability of Competition Law Disputes: Arbitration of Merger Disputes" at the University of Aberdeen. In his speech, Dr. Eroğlu examined the arbitrability of competition law disputes by analyzing the US Department of Justice's win of its first competition case.
