Originally from Kayseri, Muhammed İsmail Bulut graduated as valedictorian from Mehmet Emin Saraç Anadolu İmam Hatip High School in 2018. He graduated second in his class from Galatasaray University’s Faculty of Law in 2023. During his undergraduate studies, he studied at the University of Montpellier in France through the Erasmus Program in 2022.

He graduated with high honors from the Private Law Master’s Program with Thesis at İstanbul University’s Institute of Social Sciences. In his master’s thesis, entitled “Big Data from the Perspective of Personal Data and Intellectual Property Law”, he examined developments in big data and artificial intelligence from the perspectives of personal data protection and intellectual property law. He has also been a member of the Young Executive Board of İstanbul Bar Association No. 2 since 2024.

His academic research interests include personal data protection, intellectual property law, commercial law, artificial intelligence law and comparative private law.

He has advanced proficiency in English and French and intermediate proficiency in Arabic.
