At the invitation of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the ASBU Application and Research Center for Competition and Regulation participated in the 13th Annual Meeting of the UNCTAD Research Partnership Platform and the 20th Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy on 20 July 2022.

At the annual meeting, participants discussed emerging issues relating to the New Brandeis Movement and ordoliberalism in competition enforcement, as well as consumer protection and sustainability. Representing Türkiye, the Center’s Deputy Directors, Dr. Erman Eroğlu and Dr. Fatih Buğra Erdem, assessed current challenges and proposed solutions.
