We are delighted to announce that Porf. Giorgio Monti, Professor of Law at Tilburg Law School, joined the ARCCR's Advisory Board. Prof. Monti's areas of interest include regulating competition, market risks, and economics of competition law. Prof. Monti is also a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network, and member of the editorial board of the Common Market Law Review. He began his career in the UK (Leicester 1993-2001 and London School of Economics 2001-2010) before taking up the Chair in competition law at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy (2010-2019). While at the EUI, he helped establish the Florence Competition Program which he carried out research and training for judges and executives. We believe that Prof. Monti’s expertise and experience will greatly benefit our Center.
