We are delighted to announce that Cemil Başpınar, Deputy Chairman of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, joined to the ARCCR's Advisory Board. Başpınar worked as a patent assistant and patent specialist at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to the Eleventh Development Plan Intellectual Rights Specialization Commission Rapporteur, Başpınar also chaired various committees within the Turkish Design Advisory Council and Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Coordination Board. We believe that Başpınar’s expertise and experience will greatly benefit our Center.
