We are delighted to announce that Prof. Maciej Bernatt, Director of the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS), joined to the ARCCR's Advisory Board. Prof. Maciej’s areas of interest include competition law, administrative law, constitutional law, and EU law, with a focus on enforcement of competition law and protection of fundamental rights as well as business-human rights relations. He has published several books and numerous articles in highly esteemed journals. He is also a co-author of two leading commentaries to the Polish Competition Act and Polish Unfair Competition Act. We believe that Prof. Bernatt’s expertise and experience will greatly benefit our Center.
