We are pleased to announce that we have strengthened our Advisory Board with the appointment of Mr. Serdar Günbay, Vice President of Turkish Public Procurement Authority. Mr. Günbay, University of Oxford and METU graduate, has coordinated and supervised dispute settlement reviewing activities at the Turkish Public Procurement Authority.  The appointment marks a new chapter in our Center’s history as we embark on an ambitious program of growth.
